How does CampRadar work?

CampRadar monitors campground availability on ReserveCalifornia and Recreation.gov every 5 minutes. When a site opens up in your date range, you get a push notification and email alert immediately.

Which campgrounds are supported?

CampRadar supports campgrounds on ReserveCalifornia (California state parks) and Recreation.gov (national parks and federal lands). Search by campground name to add a watch.

Why am I not receiving alerts?

How do I add a campground watch?

Tap the + button in the Watching tab, search for a campground by name, select it, set your date range and preferences, then tap Save.

What is the Day Filter?

The Day Filter lets you specify which days of the week you want alerts for. For example, select only Friday and Saturday if you only want weekend arrivals.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. All your data is permanently deleted immediately.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I cancel or manage my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, find CampRadar, and manage or cancel from there.

Can I use CampRadar on iPad?

Yes — CampRadar supports both iPhone and iPad.
